Accounting Analyst

Our premier client, a Houston-based investment advisor, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the firm’s operations, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment, providing exposure to multiple business units and private fund operations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proven academic success at the bachelor’s or master’s level, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Perform journal entries and reconciliations for monthly close across subsidiaries Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting Prepare monthly internal reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with third-party providers (audit, tax, fund administration) Review P&L and balance sheets with CFO; support strategic planning Manage shared services operations (AP, AR, cash collections) Drive process improvement and automation using NetSuite and Salesforce Assist with fund-level cash movements, investor reporting, and NAV calculations Support senior executive leadership in launching new investment products Provide data for investor relations, due diligence, and performance updates Maintain trading activity records and support middle-office operations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund accounting, or audit CPA license is a major plus Financial services background is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bloomberg, EZE OMS, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and under pressure Entrepreneurial mindset with professionalism and discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
