Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety practices. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, fabrication, automotive repair, metal finishing, refurbishing, or quality inspection preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and finished products as needed. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment. Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while following OSHA and company safety requirements. Job Duties Inspect finished products and components for defects, damage, and quality issues. Perform refurbishing, touch‑up, repair, sanding, grinding, and finishing work to restore products to company standards. Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, and other finishing processes. Remove burrs, weld spatter, rust, excess material, and other imperfections from metal components. Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality requirements. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.Perform additional tasks and production support duties as assigned.
