Payroll Operations Director: Build a Modern Function

Phase2 Technology

The University of Texas at Austin, Dell Medical School, is seeking a Director of Payroll Operations to lead the transformation to a unified payroll function across Workday HCM and UKG platforms. This role will start on the Workday/UKG implementation team, then transition to ongoing operations, building governance, controls, and service standards for a complex academic medical center workforce. You will guide design, testing, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization, #J-18808-Ljbffr Phase2 Technology
