We're looking for fun-loving and passionate BCBAs to join our Sunshine Center Team! We are looking to hire a BCBA with after school, early evening hours available. Flexible schedule.

What You'll Do
As our BCBA, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives:
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs. We use CentralReach!
- Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.
Your Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
