Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing agency environment (Any Technical staffing industry – IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.) Solid computer skills (MS Office) Great attitude, and a willingness to learn Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach Small Business Feel.
