Restaurant Team Member

Restaurant Team Member Team Members and Managers in training needed. The Restaurant Team member performs assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to our customers meeting Papa John’s standards. Eligibility & Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age to apply. Must be 18 to manage or deliver. Full-time or part-time positions available. 2-6 shifts per week depending on availability. Great job for high school or college students. Must have a good attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Some experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, acting with urgency. Work as part of a team, being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift. Enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards. Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and/or credit card transactions, support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order, and protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards at all times. Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred. Benefits & Advancement Starting rate depends on position and experience.
