The Whittingham Agencies – Globe Life Liberty National Division is expanding throughout the Midwest and looking for friendly, motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team.

If you come from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, or another people-focused role , your experience could be a great fit.

No insurance experience required — we provide the training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

This is a people-first, relationship-focused role where you'll work directly with local businesses and their employees.

Build relationships with new and existing clients
Meet with businesses and employees in person
Help employees understand available supplemental benefit options
Assist with enrollments and answer questions
Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
Work toward individual and team goals

No previous insurance or benefits experience is required.

High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Compensation & Schedule

This is an in-person, field-based position with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Location: In person
