Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and thorough care to patients in a 23-bed unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and accurately document in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary certifications, including BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting.

Working Conditions

This role involves floating to the PCU for MSU assignments, emphasizing the importance of patient safety and comfort.
