Job Responsibilities Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety. Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
