Litigation Attorney

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience Mid Level Salary $150,000 - $250,000 per year Responsibilities Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Qualifications Required: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the CA bar Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents Strong analytical skills for effective legal research and case analysis Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court Preferred Knowledge of Lemon law Bilingual (Spanish or other language) About us We are a rapidly expanding law firm located in Westwood, CA specializing in plaintiff-side lemon law and personal injury litigation.
