PMX Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities Work with clients to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Present solutions to stakeholders, including non‑technical audiences, and solicit constructive feedback. Convert client data using SQL and ETL tools, and migrate client databases to MRI Cloud. Create reports with both MRI Toolkit and SSRS reporting tools. Collaborate with team members to make decisions about data conversion and system configuration. Share knowledge and expertise to improve internal processes and impact. Key Qualifications Client focus and passion for quality. Strong organization, project, and time‑management skills. Familiarity with working with databases. Previous experience with SQL and ETL tools (preferred). Experience in programming and data conversion (plus). Professional communication skills and ability to train non‑technical people. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in customer/client service or consulting (helpful).
