Ultrasound Supervisor (ARDMS)

Ultrasound Supervisor Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ultrasound Supervisor to join our imaging team. In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, uphold high-quality standards, and mentor a talented group of sonographers. Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with optional 4x10 shifts and no on-call requirements, offering you an excellent work-life balance.

Ultrasound Supervisor Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of ultrasound experience.
ARDMS certification is required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ultrasound Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the ultrasound team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Manage daily department operations and workflow efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all imaging protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide training and mentorship to staff to promote professional growth and excellence.
Monitor equipment performance and facilitate maintenance as necessary.

Ultrasound Supervisor Benefits:
