We are interested in driven individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with people, and are ready to build a successful career in automotive sales.Whether you already have a strong sales background or bring experience from hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurants, wireless sales, or another fast-paced environment, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.This is an opportunity to join a busy dealership where strong effort, professionalism, and a commitment to the customer experience can lead to meaningful career growth.## What You’ll DoAs an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while creating a professional, welcoming, and straightforward experience.You will:* Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and priorities* Build genuine relationships through strong communication and active listening* Help customers explore available vehicles, features, and technology* Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives* Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email* Maintain accurate customer information and activity within dealership systems* Partner with sales leadership and other departments to support a smooth purchasing experience* Stay informed about Toyota products, available inventory, and current programs* Represent Wilde Toyota with professionalism, energy, and integrity* Work toward individual and dealership performance goals## What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:* Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn* Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations* Focused on providing an excellent customer experience* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment* Organized and consistent with customer follow-up* Coachable and receptive to feedback* Driven by goals and personal growth* Comfortable using phones, email, text, and basic computer systemsPrevious automotive sales experience is **not required**.
