RN Infusion Nurse PRN - Gilbert

As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, and deliver appropriate patient education. Start and discontinue IV for infusion therapies. Access PIV & ports. Mix and administer medications. Travel to other locations on occasion. Participate in performance improvement activities and provide suggestions for continuous quality improvement of patient care. Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in patient care delivery. Demonstrate thorough knowledge and comply with all policies and procedures. Required Knowledge and Skills Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience. Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills. Clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations. Eagerness to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization. Ability to collaborate with others and provide outstanding customer service. Education, Licensure, and Technical Requirements Current nursing license in applicable state. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
