As a Caregiver/C.N.A., you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and highest level of functioning. Responsibilities Include:

✅ Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) ✅ Providing direct resident care under the direction of a Registered Nurse ✅ Supporting residents in maintaining independence and adapting safely to community living ✅ Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions ✅ Assisting with mobility, personal care, and comfort needs ✅ Documenting care according to company policies and regulatory requirements ✅ Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment ✅ Providing compassionate emotional support to residents and families ✅ Following physician orders, company standards, and federal/state regulations Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED required Experience

Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties Certifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification required Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program Current required in-services and certifications maintained Additional Requirements
