Oversee projects from start‑up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Review contracts, drawings, and project scope; resolve discrepancies promptly. Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation (submittals, samples, safety info). Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth. Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance to adjust budgets. Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty documentation.
