This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.Candidate ProfileTraining is available in both English and Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.All employees must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions.Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendanceRole ResponsibilitiesUse voice-controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen and or/other perishable products using a ride on electric pallet jack. Headsets will be worn throughout entire shiftPalletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. overhead, throughout an entire shift.Candidates must be able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.**Please ensure candidates are fully aware of the physical requirements of this role prior to submission.
