Position Overview
Outpatient Family Medicine role combining direct patient care with academic faculty responsibilities within established residency program
Opportunity to mentor and supervise Family Medicine residents while maintaining clinical autonomy
Whole-person care model focused on preventive services, chronic disease management, and underserved populations
Leadership opportunity supporting guideline development, resident education, and quality improvement initiatives

Compensation
Base salary starting at $240,000+
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000

Role
Provide outpatient Family Medicine care within team-based care model
Supervise and mentor Family Medicine residents
Support residency program teaching and clinical development
Participate in leadership, quality improvement, and guideline initiatives
Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
Collaborate within interdisciplinary outpatient care environment

Requirements
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
MD or DO REQUIRED
Completion of accredited residency training REQUIRED
Comfortable supervising residents and outpatient clinic patients REQUIRED
Strong interest in teaching and mentorship REQUIRED
Passion for underserved and mission-driven care REQUIRED
Collaborative and quality-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
