Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Tool Trailer Attendant to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our travel tool trailers, ensuring that our customers have access to the tools they need for their projects. Responsibilities- Manage the inventory of tools and equipment in the travel tool trailers.
- Assist workers in selecting the right tools for their needs.
- Ensure all tools are clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of tool trailer deliveries and pickups.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of trailers to ensure safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
