Day to day as a Customer Service Representative (Must be available 7:30 am - 6:05 PM Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - 12:05 PM Saturday rotation) As a Customer Service Representative at Southwest Missouri Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, engaging with them through telephone, email, and online chat. Your role will involve providing essential support and detailed information about our wide range of banking products and services.
