Production Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities

Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Coach, mentor, and develop employees
Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve efficiency
Support staffing, scheduling, and communication across shifts
Maintain a safe and positive work environment

Qualifications

Production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong people management and coaching skills
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, computer and problem-solving abilities
Bilingual English/Spanish is a required

Preferred Experience

Packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing environments
Experience leading teams through growth and operational change
