We’re seeking a Data Center Construction Manager – Structured Cabling to lead field operations on high‑profile projects in the Chantilly, VA area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has deep expertise in structured cabling, and knows how to manage crews, coordinate resources, and keep projects on track. You’ll act as the bridge between the field and project management—driving execution, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Lead daily field operations, managing crews and ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with project plans Serve as the structured cabling SME, translating drawings into execution plans and supporting change orders Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and quality control while enforcing safety and driving projects to completion What You Bring: 5+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in data center environments Strong background in structured cabling design, TIA/EIA standards, and managing field teams Proven ability to read prints, track project progress, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Nice to Have: BICSI or RCDD certification Experience with manufacturers like CommScope, Panduit, Hilti, or Tyco Background in project scheduling or construction management coursework Important: No relocation offered – must be local to the Chantilly / Northern VA area Field‑based role requiring physical activity (climbing, lifting, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
