In this role, you'll help support live events, promotional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and customer engagement activities. You'll work alongside experienced team members, receive hands-on training, and develop transferable skills in communication, marketing, customer relations, and teamwork.

No previous event marketing experience is required. We provide training to help you get started!

What You'll Do

As an Event Assistant, you'll help bring promotional events and marketing campaigns to life while creating positive experiences for customers and event attendees.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the setup and execution of promotional events.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Greeting attendees, answering questions, and providing information about featured products, services, or campaigns.
• Representing client brands in a friendly and professional manner.
• Helping maintain organized, engaging, and welcoming event spaces.
• Working with team members to achieve event goals and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Developing customer engagement, communication, and promotional marketing skills.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve future marketing activities.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience.
