Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Unit - Nights

Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, depending on expertise and experience. Position Highlights Position: Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Unit – Nights Location: Northwest Community Hospital – Arlington Heights, IL Full Time, 36 hours/week Hours: 7:00pm – 7:30am, every other weekend required No travel required. What you will do Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patient, family, and other health care providers. Coordinate patient plan of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations. What you will need Successful completion of an associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
