Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various diagnoses and conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiovascular disorders

• Conduct initial evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform ongoing assessments and modifications as needed

• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) - Per Diem with a strong passion for patient care and rehabilitation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Experience working with geriatric and sub-acute populations preferred
