Whether you're an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or looking to begin your career in behavioral health as a Behavior Technician (BT) , we’d love to hear from you! We are currently hiring dedicated tech team members to support local families directly in their homes and community settings in and around Manalapan, NJ .

What You'll Do

• Deliver Direct 1:1 ABA Therapy: Implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans created by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Provide In-Home & Community Support: Travel to clients’ homes and local community settings in the Manalapan area, meeting children in the environments where they live, play, and learn.
• Track Client Progress: Collect precise, real-time data on skill acquisition and behavior management using digital tracking software during every session.
• Foster Family Connections: Collaborate closely with caregivers, modeling strategies and providing compassionate support to ensure general success outside of sessions.
• Maintain Safety & Engagement: Create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment tailored to each child's unique needs and interests.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License , active auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to local home visits.
• Genuine passion for working with children with ASD and a compassionate, family-first mindset.
• Ability to clear all required NJ state background checks and central registry clearances.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• Prior experience in home-based ABA therapy, special education, child development, or caregiving.

Work Schedule & Physical Demands

• Flexible Scheduling: Hours typically align with after-school schedules (afternoons and early evenings), with morning and weekend availability depending on client needs.
• Active Environment: Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, stand, bend, and move continuously with children, and lift up to 30–40 lbs during play and safety management.
