About the Farmers Retail Opportunity Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated professionals with strong leadership, sales, and business development skills who are interested in leading and growing a Farmers agency. As an Agency Executive, you'll have the opportunity to lead agency operations while receiving training, coaching, support, and access to resources from one of the most recognized names in insurance. What You’ll Do Lead and grow a Farmers Insurance agency operation Develop and execute a business plan for long-term success Recruit, train, and lead licensed agency staff Sell and service insurance products, including Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Establish a professional, Farmers-branded office location Build relationships within the local community Drive new business production and customer retention What Farmers Provides Competitive commission structures on both new sales and renewals Access to a broad product portfolio, including both Farmers-branded and third-party options Professional coaching and mentorship Access to the University of Farmers training program Business planning support Brand recognition and marketing resources Opportunity to earn bonuses based on qualifying production Potential economic interest in the agency, according to the appointment agreement Opportunity to sell service and commission rights, subject to program terms Bonus Opportunities Eligible agency owners may qualify for: Exterior branding bonus up to $6,000 $5,000 signing bonus following full-time appointment Fast Start Bonus based on applicable net new business commissions Monthly bonus opportunities based on qualifying net new business commissions for up to three years Candidate Requirements Qualified candidates should have: Ability to demonstrate financial readiness for the opportunity Ability to pass a background check Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses prior to full-time appointment An approved office location at time of full-time appointment Office fully equipped and compliant with Farmers brand standards Minimum of two licensed and appointed agency staff members at full-time appointment Strong leadership, sales, and business development skills Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business Ideal Candidate This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone who: Has leadership, sales, or management experience Wants to lead and grow a high-performing insurance operation Is financially prepared to meet the program requirements Enjoys building relationships and serving the community Is motivated by growth, performance, and long-term career success #J-18808-Ljbffr Andrus Transportation Services
