Line Of Business Services bancaires personnels et commerciaux Job Overview The Premier Banker is an experienced banker, acting as the primary contact for a complex client portfolio of mass affluent clients. Through proactive outreach the role manages mass affluent clients’ complete banking relationship and connects them to specialists to ensure all financial needs are met. The objective is to grow, deepen, and retain client relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice, and differentiating with a personalized, connected experience. Responsibilities Accountable for growing, deepening, and retaining strong relationships with a mass affluent book of business. Demonstrates proficiency and in-depth knowledge of banking and credit products, offering fluently explain solutions. Acquires, retains and deepens relationships with new mass affluent clients by converting referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting. Proactively engages in client outreach (phone, email, appointments) and regularly meets to conduct needs‑based conversations, review financial information, and suggest appropriate solutions. Delivers excellent client service, reviews moderately complex concerns, and escalates issues when appropriate. Adheres to all relevant Retail/Wealth policies, procedures, FINRA and regulatory banking requirements. Engages in conversations about loan products; facilitates application intake and maintains active NMLS registration. Builds strong working relationships with partners across Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, etc., through ongoing meetings and collaboration. Provides coaching and feedback to bank staff on effective program value articulation and Premier referrals for mass affluent clients. Implements TD’s client Identification Program (CIP) and performs due diligence per AML procedures. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED (required). Bachelor’s or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 2 years of financial/banking experience. Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) preferred. Life & Health license preferred. Understanding and experience with retail and small business banking; interaction with Mass Affluent and high net worth clients. Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire. Consultative sales experience required. Customer Accountabilities Delivers the TD Premier program to eligible clients. Educates and advises clients with product knowledge. Performs routine and multi‑step customer transactions. Establishes and nurtures client relationships through proactive outreach and consistent product knowledge display. Uses relationship tools to identify solutions and provide proactive advice. Understands client banking preferences and educates on promotions and tools. Supports the Bank’s Customer Service Strategy and delivers end‑to‑end advice. Shareholder Accountabilities Champions and reviews team compliance with regulations to support operational excellence. Ensures accurate documentation reflecting client/business intentions. Applies compliance policies to all transactions. Engages in loan application conversations, prepares documents, and conducts closings. Meets individual/store performance metrics. Occupational (Occ) Requirements This position falls within the definition of Loan Originator and Mortgage Loan Originator per Regulation Z, SAFE Act, and related regulations. Must be eligible for employment and registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with NMLS.
