Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 4 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Float requirement: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

Required skills/experience: One year ICU or Step-Down/Progressive Care, High Risk Labor and Delivery or ER experience in the last 5 years

Required credentials: Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent.

Preferred credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Completion of Critical Care Course(or equivalent experience): Preferred.

Must Start on posted Start Date (August)
