Cook/Dishwasher (WA - Issaquah)

Back of House Positions We are now hiring for Back of House positions including prep cook, line cook, and dishwashers. Responsibilities Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cook menu items following company recipes and SOP. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift. Other duties as assigned.
