Your responsibilities will include:Triage and on-call support, including referrals and occasional home visitsMedication administration and documentationSupporting ICF-IID homes with medical needsCollaborating on individualized care plansTraining staff on health-related protocolsEnsuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelinesYou'll be part of a team that values compassion, professionalism, and person-centered care—helping people live their best lives with dignity and independence.About Us:For over 50 years, the Charles Lea Center has been a leader in disability services across Spartanburg County. We believe in empowering both the people we support and the incredible staff who make it all possible.What You'll Need:Must be at least 18 years oldDiploma or Associates degree from an accredited nursing programActive license in good standing with the SC Board of NursingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong time management and communication skillsAbility to travel frequently within Spartanburg CountyValid driver's license and Social Security numberAbility to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systemsMust pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional referencesPhysical Requirements:This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on support.
