Custodial Services Worker - NHA-OH-Custodial

Job Overview As a Custodial Services Worker, you will maintain cleanliness and safety across Aramark facilities, ensuring a healthy environment for guests and staff. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: $15.25 to $15.75 Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources. Responsibilities Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, aligning with OSHA and all applicable regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project safety and health. Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment. Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards. Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas. Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel. Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required. Ensure security of company assets. Qualifications Previous custodial experience preferred. Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions in a physically demanding environment. Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and coworkers. Adaptable to guest needs. Physical Demands This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
