Role Description The Staff Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close. The Staff Accountant prepares and reviews financial reports, supports budgeting and forecasting efforts, and ensures compliance with internal controls and company policies. This position also involves collaborating with operations and management to provide accurate financial data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audits and financial reviews. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in core accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management. Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets, with strong skills in data entry, accuracy, and financial reporting. Solid understanding of GAAP or equivalent accounting standards, and familiarity with month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments in an on-site environment. Prior experience in event services, rentals, or a related industry is beneficial but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
