CAT Scan TechnologistUnder the general supervision of the Radiology Manager, the CAT Scan Technologist is responsible for the provision of radiological services to patients according to physician's orders. Provides for patient safety and high quality testing.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology.Must have previous CT experience.Registered ARRT; CT Registered/Registry eligible within 90 days of hire. Certified by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT). American Heart Association BLS Certification required.Valid Drivers' license and reliable transportation necessary as driving between campuses is required.Knowledge of procedures, patient safety, radiation safety and quality patient care. Ability to generate quality images in a timely manner.
