(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Sam’s Club in Florence, SC is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Associate to manage inventory, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent member service. The role requires forklift operation, product organization, and collaboration with team members to ensure a well-maintained sales floor. Responsibilities Operate and maintain forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with company guidelines. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain merchandising presentation by zoning, rotating, and cleaning product displays. Conduct safety sweeps and report hazards related to forklift and material handling. Assist members with product location, purchasing decisions, and technology services. Process club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate staging and timely completion. Track inventory levels, identify shrink opportunities, and recommend improvements. Update required paperwork, logs, and documentation accurately. Collaborate with managers, teammates, and other departments to prioritize tasks. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Minimum age 18 years. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team.
