About the Position

Outpatient Family Practice NP coverage in Ohio, weekday clinic work with an established Medicare panel and no call. Expect straightforward primary care follow ups with Epic and strong on site support.

Highlights

• No call required
• Monday through Friday schedule, consistent clinic hours
• 16 to 18 patients per day, predictable outpatient flow
• Credentialing typically moves quickly, about 30 days using Axuall

Practice Setting

• Outpatient preventive care and primary care clinic, Medicare population with most patients 65+
• Common visits include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, CAD history, mild cognitive impairment
• Team includes MDs and NPs, with MA or scribe support plus clinic RNs
• Charting in Epic

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage needed
• Scheduled clinic hours are 8AM to 5PM
• No call responsibilities

Requirements

• Mustbe FNP certified
• Ohio license required
• Board certified
