Job Description

POSITION: Clinical Assistant

STATUS: Part-Time

SHIFT: Overall

SALARY: $16 - $23/hr. based on experience and level of education.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to communicate with others, maintain confidentiality, and monitor and enforce program/agency rules utilizing a non-confrontational approach. Comfortable speaking to small groups and overseeing group activities. Experience in substance use disorder or other residential treatment settings and skilled in person centered practices preferred. Minimum of 6 months of continuous sobriety required for persons recovering from a substance use disorder. Submit to background check and meet the eligibility requirements for employment. Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred. Bilingual a plus.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Client Supervision – All Programs

· Provide Person Centered Recovery Coaching/Support and Education

· Follow Medical Services Policy and Procedure

· Documentation and Record Keeping

· Facility Safety, Security and Housekeeping

· Attend Meetings

· Other Responsibilities as Assigned
