Medical, Dental, Life Insurance for those who qualify Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions. Food Handlers Certification required. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
