This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orthopedic products while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality standards. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring healthcare providers and patients receive products accurately and on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process shipments using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as authorized.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory transfers, returns processing, and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and customer service goals.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
