. Participate in plan reviews, pipeline discussions, and internal strategy sessions to ensure alignment between contractual frameworks and business objectives.
. Manage assigned agency contracts within the business unit, maintain accurate data in internal systems, and process ad hoc reporting requests supporting leadership and program operations.
. Collaborate on competitive and sole source pursuits, contributing to proposal development, cost/ROM estimates, RFIs, and formal submission packages. Coordinate communication with Government acquisition personnel as needed.
. Operate with maturity, independent judgment, and business acumen; demonstrate proactive problem solving, professionalism, and accountability across all contracts related functions. Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. Advanced analytical, critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
. Ability to assess complex contractual issues, evaluate business impacts, and advise leadership on obligations and risks.
. Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with Government acquisition personnel and teaming partners.
. Ability to collaborate effectively with program teams, functional stakeholders, and Government customers.
. Proven ability to independently identify issues, recommend solutions, and support decision making.
