CAD Designer
Location: Darien, WI
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday
Pay: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE
We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer for a manufacturing company in Darien, WI. This position is responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support production and engineering projects.
Must Have:
- SolidWorks experience (required)
- Previous CAD Design experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks
- Develop detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
- Interpret specifications, sketches, and engineering requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records
- Support design changes and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
