Associate Veterinarian

Associate Veterinarian – Seattle Metro

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a friendly team of doctors and staff in the Seattle metropolitan area. This is a full-service small animal practice just across Elliot Bay to the west. In addition to wellness and preventive care, the state-of-the-art facility offers a surgical suite, x-ray, digital dental x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy, endoscopy, ultrasound, and laser. This practice is very family-oriented with involvement in the community, and staff is considered more like “family & friends” than staff. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine and individualized patient care with the support of dedicated, cross-trained staff. The ideal candidate is a team player with a sense of humor, exceptional communication skills, and good listening. They are logical in their thinking and can explain why they feel a course of treatment is best, or why a new piece of equipment would be useful. Surgical skills, soft tissue & orthopedic, and dentistry required. Compensation/Benefits: Salary + production and medical, dental, retirement plan, vacation, paid sick time, license and fees, CE allowance, sign on bonus, and more. With everything from unrivaled natural beauty and world-class attractions to major sports teams, a thriving arts and culture scene, and more, there is always something to do in Seattle. Meet artisan makers, shop indie boutiques and designer fashions, admire priceless works of art, sing your heart out at a karaoke club, and explore the city’s diverse neighborhoods. One of the city’s most active sightseeing areas is the waterfront and piers, home to recreational spaces, boat tours, and ferry docks, as well as fun attractions like the Great Ferris Wheel. In addition, the city boasts a magnificent mountain setting: to the east is the ice pyramid of Mount Rainier National Park, rising out of the Cascade Mountains, to the west, the partly snowcapped peaks of Olympic National Park.
