Addison Group is partnering with a faith-based organization seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support enrollment efforts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment while helping navigate the admissions process.
Job Description
The Admissions Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for prospective applicants, guiding them through the admissions journey from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a positive and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct ongoing follow-up with inquiries and applicants to encourage enrollment progression.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of applicant interactions within the CRM system.
- Respond to questions regarding programs, admissions requirements, and next steps.
- Monitor lead activity and ensure timely communication throughout the admissions process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support enrollment goals and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, recruiting, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone and email correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a faith-based and mission-focused environment.
