Senior Communications Specialist - Asset Management Group Investment Office

As a Senior Communications Specialist within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA. As a Senior Communications Specialist for the Asset Management Group Investment Office, you will have cross-functional responsibilities that will be split primarily between collateral administrative support (shared mailbox maintenance, request delegation, material review, approval coordination) and conference/event planning. Responsibilities Executing conference and event planning tasks. This includes initial outreach with business partners to verify participation, securing venues and resources, sourcing giveaways, executing and hosting post-event debrief meetings. Coordinating event scheduling details, including speaker availability, presentation materials (when applicable), and communicating updates with internal and external business partners. Assisting in the management of various team mailboxes, triaging and dispositioning emails received. Ensuring collateral is current, accessible and aligned across various profiles. Assisting in the management of collateral particularly around managing expirations and required reviews. Assisting in collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval. Coordinating material approval routings. Maintaining and updating materials across our shared drives and content management platform (Seismic). Editing, formatting and maintaining photos in Photoshop. Support the development, review and distribution of communications. Provide day-to-day administrative support. Preferred Skills / Experience Microsoft Office Suite expertise Experience using SharePoint Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines Strong written and oral communication skills General knowledge of graphics/photo-editing software preferred Seismic and Photoshop experience preferred PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
