- Perform maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and tooling, including mold preparation, pre-production and production tooling & fixture fabrication.
- Mold Tuning and Troubleshooting Molds
- Perform overall maintenance for buildings, equipment, grounds, and machinery.
- Work with subcontractors as directed.
- Analyze maintenance failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties.
- Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic valve bank troubleshooting and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair of 480V 3-phase motors and drives
- Troubleshoot and repair 24V control wiring and components
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of maintenance experience required
- Electrical Maintenance experience preferred
- Able to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls/electrical schematics
- Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting
- Basic HMI knowledge and troubleshooting
- Fanuc material handling robot experience a plus (not required)
- Skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel & twist.
- Skilled with Lathe, Mill, Surface Grinder
- Strong math and blueprint reading skills. Tool & Die experience.
- Experience with repair and maintenance of equipment, tooling & machinery
- Must be able to use small hand tools
- Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs., but only with assistance from other team members.
