• As an Arby's team member you will perform a variety of tasks, play a key role in creating a welcoming and flavorful experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

As an Arby’s Team Member, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as:

• Take orders accurately, deliver friendly and efficient service, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and always maintain accuracy and security.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to Arby’s quality and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking as needed.
• Support fellow team members, learn new skills, and help train others in restaurant procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, lifting, and product handling
• Comfortable with physical tasks related to prep, stocking, and inventory
