Distribution Support Manager Associate

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Distribution Support Manager Associate to support clinical trials through project documentation, supply chain coordination, and service delivery. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality standards in a Monday-Friday office setting.

Responsibilities

Manage project documentation and coordinate supply chain activities for clinical trials
Support study success by working closely with internal teams and external clients
Handle project planning and cross-functional coordination to meet timelines and expectations
Analyze data and generate clear, accurate reports for stakeholder communication
Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement in service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, supply chain management, life sciences, or related field
Strong understanding of GMP/GxP principles and quality management systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Project
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication abilities
Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, GPMS, or TrackWise preferred
