Job Opportunity – Ultrasound Technologist – Newberg, OR 97132

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Newberg, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), every weekend Friday through Sunday. No on-call required. No floating between units.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 60-bed Short Term Acute Care facility with Level IV Trauma Center designation
• Comprehensive ultrasound coverage including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department cases
• High-volume general ultrasound with baseline vascular capabilities for emergency patients
• Work with modern Philips imaging systems in a four-room department staffed 24/7
• Diverse case mix covering abdominal, obstetric, vascular, and breast imaging including biopsies
• Epic charting system with remote radiology support available

Requirements:

• RDMS OB and RDMS AB certifications required
• ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, or ARRT S certification
• BLS certification and Oregon state license (can submit with pending license)
• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience required; charge experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Experience with Philips ultrasound systems and procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, and fine needle aspiration
• Reliable vehicle for transportation to assignment
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
