Account Development Representative

The Role

We are looking to expand our team of enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representatives based out of our Scottsdale location. Rhino Networks BDRs are responsible for stuffing the sales funnel with high-quality leads, qualifying inbound leads to determine sales readiness and outbound work such as target research and developing e-mail campaigns. Business Development Representatives are expected to work both independently and collaboratively within tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn. Ideal candidates must be driven self-starters who are excited to be a part of something big and are motivated by growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Most Important … The You

***Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as this position does not provide sponsorship***

· Familiarity with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn cloud applications

· Energetic positive attitude with proven success managing rejection

· Strong organization skills enabling you to coordinate meetings and manage workload

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Desire to work in a fun collaborative environment with a great team

· Experience qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities is a plus

· Experience contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, and web chats is a plus
