Director of Growth Marketing

Leading full-funnel commercial growth across priority Americas markets, the full-time salaried Director of Growth Marketing will focus on driving demand into predictable and profitable growth through DTC e-commerce, Amazon, paid acquisition, and customer retention strategies. Key responsibilities Own the full-funnel growth strategy and operating plan across various channels, linking investment to revenue and customer goals Drive DTC and e-commerce growth by optimizing conversion rates and ensuring effective product launches and promotions Lead paid media and acquisition efforts, managing strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition for a consumer brand Proven success in growing a DTC business with ownership of revenue goals and paid media investments Deep experience with paid search, paid social, and campaign optimization Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in forecasting and budget management Experience leading agencies and developing teams in a cross-functional environment
